We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team and help us create a workplace where our employees can thrive.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefits.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
Partner with department managers to provide guidance on HR-related matters, including employee performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting, including maintaining employee records and handling HR-related documentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices, and proactively propose improvements to enhance HR processes and policies.
Coaches hiring managers on selection strategy and behavioral interviewing.
Keeps up to date with HR thinking and innovative ways of doing business to support development and maintenance of a highly qualified and versatile workforce.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR Certifications 2-3
years of management experience Proven experience working in HR roles, preferably in the HVAC and Plumbing industry.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
ADP Workforce experience is a plus! What We Offer:
Competitive salary of $65,000/year and open to negotiations depending on experience and a full benefits package - Medical and MERP, Dental, Vision, company paid life insurance, voluntary life insurance for employees and family members, 401K plan eligibility after 6 months of employment with company contribution, PTO, floating holidays, 6 federal paid holidays, and gym membership reimbursement.
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
