Responsibilities:
OD and ID cylindrical grinding using Cincinnati and Landis grinders for the production of close tolerance shafts Able to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information Capable of holding tight tolerances Work with steel, stainless steel, and other materials as needed Check accuracy of work against drawings and specifications Keep area and equipment clean and organized Qualifications and Requirements:
Prefer a minimum of 5 years experience, however would be willing to train the right candidate Ability to hold tolerances up to.
0005 Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators Strong communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent attention to detail
