- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in time management and organizational skills - Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus - Experience with social media and computers Job Type:
