The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and customer service experience.
An understanding of both espresso and traditional coffee is a plus, as is an interest in maintaining and cleaning equipment.
A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction are all required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Make coffee using latte art and pour-over methods.
Be able to operate espresso machines and grind/measure coffee beans.
Communicate with customers effectively.
Be able to multi-task while providing excellent customer service.
