At Fanatics Brands, the Promotional Services Specialist role is an internal and external partner & liaison for Nike NCAA schools we service, and reports to the Director of Promotional Services.
Responsibilities Develop trusting relationships throughout Fanatics, with Nike Sports Marketing, and with Equipment Managers of the schools & teams we service.
Establish the role as a key contact for service.
Partner cross functionally with Fanatics leaders (product, licensing, manufacturing, tech, etc) and Nike Sports Marketing and Operations to provide on-time product delivery and world-class service to schools, teams, & brands.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the sport calendar season & special moments, process management, and demonstrate discipline to ensure on-time delivery.
Order management.
Point person to receive, process, and communicate all school and team orders.
Work with manufacturing and distribution to expedite orders when requested or needed.
Develop school and team database to understand school and team buying patterns, tendencies, and nuances.
Problem solver.
Ability to work cross-functionally and with different departments to find solutions as challenges arise.
Provide timely, clear, & effective communication, written & verbal, throughout the organization of accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities.
Demonstrates the ability to adapt quickly to change and can operate fluidly in a fast-paced environment.
Represent in meetings with Nike and/or with schools (in partnership with Fanatics Licensing) if/when asked.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, or related field; or 2-4 years of work experience in sales/customer service, sports licensing, relationship management, or relevant consumer product industry with or without a degree Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and nderstanding of AirTable a plus Knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms/systems; experience with FMS/DMS is ideal Demonstrate ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships Process management knowledge & understanding Strong planning, analytical, and presentation skills Curious problem solver Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to change Effective communicator and active listener Capable of navigating a fast-paced and matrixed organization Ability to travel up to 10% of the job if/when required Team player Sports fan a plus Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
