Having a cool, calm phone presence is expected - but our ideal candidate is also an experienced, responsible, and trustworthy in our busy inbound call center.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Place orders over the phone.
Answer about 60-90 calls per day depending on call volume.
Responds to customer's emails regarding product knowledge.
Contacts customers regarding backorder items and makes recommendations on similar products that might be of interest.
Upsells.
Keeps good rapport with the Management team regarding customer's issues or concerns.
Considered candidates must have the following skills/
Qualifications:
Highly motivated, detail and goal oriented.
Excellent customer service experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of cigars is helpful, but ambitious candidates with a will to learn will be considered.
Must be comfortable trying new procedures and adapting accordingly.
