We're currently looking for Retail Sales Associates to assist us managing our stores in Bethlehem, Allentown, and Easton.
Your role will involve aiding customers in discovering the product that suits their needs most effectively, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional instruction.
Along with ongoing leadership training you will receive, you'll also get weekly one-on-one coaching to advance both your personal and company goals.
Candidates with a strong, effective way of communication who can make customers feel comfortable will stand out.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers Provide accurate product feature and pricing information Give knowledgeable answers to customers questions Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Inform customers of discounts and special offers Coordinate with team to provide exceptional customer service Working closely with management contributing innovative concepts to enhance sales
Qualifications:
Reliability Previous work experience in customer service role preferred Understanding of team work Excellent communication skills capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast paced environments Schedule flexibility High school diploma or equivalent a plus Perks:
