Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of technology products and sales is an advantage - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling and transactions - Organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy We offer competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
