Individual who is passionate about starting a long term in the solar energy Team player, outgoing, quick learner Initiates and maintains positive relationships before and after earning the customers business A person who can support new clients for our company Ability to oversee production, analysis, and recommendations for solar on their home Informs Client of any and all changes that may benefit them while saving them the most amount of money QUALIFICATIONS Strong knowledge of customer relationships Sales minded and driven Ability and desire to produce results Ability to talk with clients face to face Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable with speaking with multiple customers on a daily basis Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including solar industry training sessions Candidates must exude personality traits that include coach-ability, respectfulness, work ethic, and perseverance.
