The person applying here must have some sales or barista experience.
This is an absolute must.
Cannabis industry experience is highly preferred but not required as we will train you! At Homegrown Easton, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting every customer, crafting our infused beverages upon request, and keeping the shop clean / promoting the shop when applicable.
16-36 hours per week is to be expected, dependent on your availability.
We start at 10/hr for training only with a raise after training and an additional raise after the probationary period of 2-3 months.
Further raises are reviewed quarterly.
