Corporate Financial Analyst

Bakerly, a fast-growing French-based manufacturer of baked goods (crepes, brioche, and pastries) with a people-centered philosophy, has expanded into the US in 2016 and established their first US Based manufacturing facility in Easton, PA in 2017 and is actively expanding production capacity at its new manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX, which began production in June 2023.
We are currently hiring a Corporate Financial Analyst to grow the Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis(FP&A) team! This position is being offered multi-site in Miami, FL, San Antonio, TX or Easton, PA The position will report directly to the Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis Manager and have close contact with both US and French C' suite executive Requirements:
Key Roles and Responsibilities o Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis o Develop consolidated modeling around unit cost, product and production scheduling and Return on Investment of Capital Expenditures.
o Assist constant evolution of Customer and Product profitability analysis, adapting as business needs change.
o Coordinate with management and the executive team on long-term financial planning o Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement.
o Participate in budgeting (for departments and Capital projects) o Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.
o Establish financial policies, maintain strict deadlines and aid in special projects o Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisionQualifications and Skills o BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics o Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst, Staff Accountant, or similar role o Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software o Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
o Prior use of SQL, Board, Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI) or PowerBI, preferred.
o Familiarity with finance databases o Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) o Up-to-date with current accounting guidance and regulations o Excellent analytical skills o Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts o Demonstrable strategic thinking skills o Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial informationPI5f83b5c14422-31191-34068053 Recommended Skills Adaptability Analytical Business Requirements Confidentiality Databases Economy Apply to this job.
