Key job responsibilitiesThe Process Assistant is assigned to the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to the Process Assistant role:
o Support the Area Manager and Associates o Execute standard work duties o Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers o Providing policy follow up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline) o Track and report labor hours o Act as an associate resource, train associates and verify SOP compliance o Ensure successful shift performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback on associate performance o Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives o Execute on production duties o Understand workflow and daily production goals o Review and update SOP and standard work checklist as required o Assist in keeping work areas clean and organized o Identify and address safety hazards within the work area o Coaching associates to work safely at all times o Participate in safety initiatives o Refer all job injuries immediately to area manager We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Easton, PA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
