Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Primary Job Purpose: Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding services.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Perform customer verifications and process forms, applications and requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Manage customers accounts and keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
Manage administration, communicate and coordinate with internal employees
Follow up on customer interactions, problem analysis and problem solving
Interpersonal skills, communication skills, verbal, written, and listening skills
Attention to detail and accuracy, data collection, adaptability and stress tolerance
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma, GED
Experience: Previous experience with customer service ( minimum 2 years of experience).
He/ She needs to have knowledge of customer service principles and practices and knowledge of relevant computer. You must have ability to type at least 45 wpm. The candidate must have knowledge of administrative procedures and numeric, oral and written language applications.
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
