Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Primary Job Purpose: The representative is responsible for creating awareness about the services of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive incoming customer sales inquiries
2. Describe the services to make customer appealing to sell
3. Explain service perks
4. Make outbound calls to potential clients
5. Prepare sales proposals for potential clients
6. Speak to potential customers by phone, email or live chat
7. Maintain monthly sales quota
8. Assist marketing and field sales representatives with needed sales information
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/GED or Associate's Degree in and/ or Marketing/Sales preferred.
Experience: Previous Experience with Marketing and or Sales (minimum of 2 years of experience.)
Very strong sales skills are an obvious necessity.
He/ She have to possess good oral and written communication skills.
He/ She have to have the self -- confidence and interpersonal skills to gain the trust and confidence of different people.
He/ She have to be self -- motivated and must have a drive to excel in this competitive environment.
He/ She must have excellent negotiation skills
He/ She must work well in a team and independently when necessary
